I can't believe the pictures that are on their website. We were angry we had not checked out the room before we paid for it. We did not use the bathroom to bathe or shower. I did take pictures of the dirt on the floor in the bathroom. I don't think it has ever been cleaned or swept out. I pulled the nightstand away to plug in my telephone and the dirt behind it and behind the beds was revolting. He slept on top of the bed using his coat and a blanket we had in the car. Obviously, these sheets had not been washed since the last guest had stayed. We had a two bed room and when my husband turned down the sheets on his bed, there were long black hairs. We decided that there always has to be someone who complains and took it with a grain of salt.
